Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Drive operational excellence across DC (Distribution Center - 3PL warehouse) and transportation activities to ensure high product availability and service performance to our partners across export markets (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Belarus, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Armenia and Moldova). Enable business growth by optimizing inventory management, delivering confirmed On-Time In Full (OTIF), and maximizing cost efficiency while minimizing write-offs and ensuring stock integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end warehouse and transportation operations to ensure efficient and reliable product flow within Kazakhstan and export markets (Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Caucasus, Belarus and Moldova)
- Drive strong inventory management practices to ensure high stock accuracy and optimal stock levels across the network
- Ensure consistent achievement of confirmed OTIF targets by aligning execution with Sales, Customer Service and external partners (3PL provider and transportation companies) teams
- Manage logistics service providers (LSPs) to deliver best-in-class service, cost control, and operational reliability with minimal losses
- Actively contribute to cost efficiency and optimization initiatives within warehouse and transportation operations
- Monitor and reduce write-offs, damages, and inventory discrepancies through strong controls and root cause analysis
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety policies, and local regulations
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational excellence
DC and Transportation Execution/Reporting
- Oversee storage, picking & packing, and outbound processes to ensure speed, accuracy, and efficiency
- Drive inventory accuracy (cycle counts, stock taking) and lead regular reconciliation processes between physical and system stock
- Coordinate transportation planning to ensure on-time delivery in full (OTIF) while optimizing routes and costs
- Monitor and improve logistics KPIs including:
- Confirmed OTIF
- Inventory accuracy
- Warehouse productivity
- Cost per unit / per shipment
- Optimize warehouse space utilization (cartons/pallets) and handling processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Ensure proper execution of stock taking processes (annual and cycle counts) and timely resolution of variances
- Analyze root-causes of write-offs and stock losses, and define corrective/preventive actions
- Manage reverse logistics processes including returns/claims/damages
- Support implementation of logistics tools, systems, and process improvements
- Implement continuous improvement and create/update SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Track, analyze, and report performance against key KPIs
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve operational performance
- Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational discipline

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse management, transportation, or logistics operations
- Strong expertise in inventory management and stock control processes
- Proven track record of delivering OTIF and cost optimization improvements/productivity delivery
- Experience with WMS, TMS, and ERP systems (SAP or others)
- Strong analytical skills with KPI-driven mindset
- Detail-oriented and structured, with focus on accuracy and control
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Fluent in English (at least Upper-Intermediate)
- Experience in retail / FMCG / distribution is a strong advantage
