Sales Representative - Moving & Storage (USA)

We are looking for an energetic and reliable Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for turning leads into booked moves, following-up with existing leads, developing new leads, making outbound calls to customers. The ideal candidate is organized, calm under pressure, with a self-motivated and proactive mindset.

Location:

Remote, open to candidates who can receive payments via Wise/Payoneer

4US Moving is a licensed and insured moving company proudly serving Southern California. We specialize in local, long distance, and commercial moves.

Who we’re looking for:

Must-haves:

• C1 level of English (ability to understand various US accents over the phone)
• 1-2 years in sales, especially in moving, logistics, freight, dispatch support
• Excellent interpersonal, persuasion and relationship-building skills
• Cultural awareness (customers live in USA)
• Motivation to exceed sales goals
• Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Reliable high-speed internet connection, professional home workspace
• Strong work ethic
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

Nice-to-have:

• Proficiency in sales software and CRM platforms (e.g., Smart Moving, SuperMove, Ring Central, Quo)
• Study/work experience in USA is a plus

Work environment:

• 100% remote work
• Step-by-step training and supportive onboarding
• 50-60 hours/week (10h/day), 5/2 or 6/1
• 10 AM - 8 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST timezone)
• Weekend work is required

Compensation:

Hourly pay + commission with uncapped earning potential
