Basic Functions & Responsibilities :
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team..
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Making sales contrats over Birja system
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team, reporting to head quarter if necessary.
- Coordinating with the marketing division of head quarter on lead generation.
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
- Developing sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
- Identifying and reporting the emerging markets and market shifts to Company head quarter while being fully aware of new products, requirements and competition status.
- Performing Customer visits alone or with Sales & Warehouse Responsible on determined periods by HQ (in or outside of Uzbekistan), promoting the organization, product and services, preparing Visit reports after each visit and reporting to HQ.
- Planning and implementing of possible sales campaigns and marketing strategies with the coordination of HQ.
- Preparing spare parts Back order lists and sending to HQ for the spare parts diminishing stocks in order to restock..
- Following up Import procedures with the customs broker, warehousing the parts and entering them to WMS. (in absence of Sales & Warehouse Responsible)
- Preparing of Sales Invoices, entering the sales items to WMS and delivery of material to the customers, sharing updated WMS with HQ weekly basis. (in absence of Sales & Warehouse Responsible).
- Managing the detailed stock-taking to be performed at the end of 1st half and 2nd half of the year (and at any time if necessary by informing company head quarter) and sharing the Signed & stamped Stock-taking report with the management (Stock-taking format will be shared by HQ.
- Providing all the necessary information and documents to the Accounting company. (in absence of Sales & Warehouse Responsible)
- Preparing Daily Reports (Daily Sales, Cash and activities), weekly plan, Month-end closing analysis report, sharing with the head Quarter.
- Reporting of Customer complains to HQ on time.
- Carrying out all activities and business developments that will benefit the company (including office, warehouse, shelf arrangements).
- Overseeing the Official Certificate renewals followed by Sales & Warehouse responsible and making the necessary warnings.
