1. POSITION INFORMATION
Position Title: SMM & Community Specialist
Division: Global Business Development
Reports directly to: Head of Creative / PR / SMM / Events

2. Purpose of the Role
The purpose of this role is to build, grow, and manage Enterprise Uzbekistan’s digital presence and professional community engagement across social media and online communication channels.
This role is responsible for transforming Enterprise Uzbekistan from a newly established organization into a recognizable, active, trusted, internationally visible ecosystem brand.

The SMM & Community Specialist acts as the operational bridge between content, audience, and engagement.
4. Key Responsibilities
The Specialist is expected to manage official social media accounts of Enterprise Uzbekistan, publish and schedule content across approved platforms, maintain consistency of tone, branding, and messaging. In addition, he/she will ensure regular and high-quality communication cadence.
The Specialist is to monitor audience interactions and comments, respond to inquiries or redirect them to appropriate internal owners. He/she will maintain positive engagement with community members, and escalate sensitive or high-priority communication issues.
The Specialist is expected to coordinate with PR, Creative, Marketing, and Partnerships teams to prepare relevant content. He/she will assist in adapting materials for different social platforms, and will support launch campaigns and communication initiatives.
The Specialist will maintain social media content calendar and plan publication schedules aligned with events, announcements, campaigns, partnership activities.
The Specialist is to support growth of online audiences organically, monitor audience behavior and engagement trends, and suggest ideas to improve interaction and visibility.
The Specialist will track engagement metrics, and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, audience growth, and content performance.
The Specialist is expected to provide live or near-live social media support during conferences, launches, meetings, ecosystem events. He/she will also provide full assistance in communication support before and after events.

The Specialist can decide independently on the matters of daily content scheduling, community interaction within approved guidelines, platform-level operational decisions, minor communication adjustments.
He/she will require approval on matters of sensitive announcements, strategic communication topics, political or legal topics, major campaign launches, crisis-related communication.
The Specialist must escalate Immediately when detecting reputational risks, sensitive media interactions, escalated public criticism, any politically sensitive communication.
