In this position, you’ll be assigned a territory and are responsible for selling
product to assigned customers and merchandise retail outlets. You’ll build
relationships with vendors, sell our product to them, distribute product and
merchandise. You’ll coordinate the sales department and provide new strategies to sales associates on how to increase sales, attend to customers and close deals.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in the sales field. Preference is prior experience with Modern Trade.
- English proficiency on intermediate level
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Ensure achieving sales volume and KPI targets on relevant territory
- Negotiations with Distributors and Customers.
- Implementation of company Marketing and Trade marketing Local & Central activities.
- Training and development of FOS
- Ensure perfect store implementation in defined channel for Confectionary category
- Working mostly in field with FOS and customers Management
- Execution of KA clients contracts
- Maintain distribution of assigned products.
- Execute merchandising excellence by ensuring that shelves are stocked, sell specific shelving strategies, and optimize freshness and quality of products on the shelf.
- Maintain an adequate stock of relevant merchandising supplies and POS materials.
- Maintain accurate and appropriate data through hand-held technology as determined by the business.
