IBS Preschool Almaty is an international English-language preschool dedicated to nurturing curiosity, confidence, creativity, and kindness in every child. We provide a safe, inspiring, and child-centered learning environment for children aged 2–6 years, supported by a U.S. research-based early childhood curriculum.
Located in Nurlytau Micro District, Bostandyk District, Almaty, IBS Preschool has been serving families since January 2026.
As our preschool continues to grow and expand with additional classrooms, we are seeking a passionate and qualified Preschool Teacher to join our team.

Position: Preschool Teacher
We are looking for a warm, energetic, caring, and responsible teacher who is passionate about early childhood education and committed to creating a positive learning experience for young children.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach children aged 2–6 years in a fully English-speaking environment using engaging, play-based learning methods.
- Deliver lessons using our ready-made curriculum and educational materials.
- Conduct daily classroom activities, including:
- Circle Time
- STEAM Activities
- Creative Arts and Crafts
- Storytelling and Literacy Activities
- Developmental Games
- Workshops and Hands-On Learning Experiences
- Foster a warm, nurturing, and positive classroom atmosphere where children feel safe, valued, and confident.
- Supervise and support children throughout the school day, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Work closely with an Assistant Teacher who will support classroom management and daily activities.
- Prepare weekly lesson plans and implement activities in accordance with IBS curriculum guidelines.
- Support children's language development, cognitive growth, social-emotional skills, creativity, and independence.
- Communicate professionally with parents regarding children's progress, achievements, and daily updates.
- Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and classroom organization during both indoor and outdoor activities.
- Collaborate effectively with school staffs and school management to ensure a positive educational environment.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Fluent English speaker; native English speakers are highly preferred.
- Genuine love for working with young children.
- Patient, kind, positive, and nurturing personality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience working with preschool or kindergarten-aged children is preferred.
- Degree, diploma, or professional training in Education, Early Childhood Education, Pedagogy, Psychology, Linguistics, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to confidently manage a classroom of approximately 10–11 children.
- Creative and enthusiastic in planning activities, games, crafts, and learning experiences.
- Responsible, punctual, reliable, and committed to long-term employment.
- Strong understanding of classroom safety and child supervision.
- Willingness to learn, grow professionally, and follow the IBS educational philosophy and teaching standards.
