We are looking for an experienced Team Manager to lead and develop a large operational team within our live operations environment, ensuring high performance standards, strong team engagement, and effective people management.
This role is ideal for candidates with solid leadership experience managing teams of 25+ employees in fast-paced customer-oriented or operational environments such as hospitality, HoReCa, retail, customer support, aviation, entertainment, call centers, production, sales operations, or similar related industries.
You will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, performance management, team motivation, and ensuring that all employees meet the company’s quality standards and KPIs. You will also support recruitment processes, absence management, and employee relations while maintaining a positive and productive team culture.
Responsibilities
• Coaching and Mentoring
Provide regular coaching, feedback, and mentoring sessions to support employees’ professional growth and performance improvement.
• Staff Management
Lead and supervise the team according to company policies and procedures, including scheduling support, absence management, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
• Team Collaboration
Build and maintain strong team spirit through effective communication, regular team meetings, and motivational leadership.
• Learning and Development
Identify development needs for both individuals and teams, collaborating closely with the training department to ensure continuous improvement.
• Performance Management
Drive operational results and KPI achievement through effective people management and development initiatives.
• Adherence to Standards
Ensure all operations and employee activities align with company standards, procedures, values, and service quality expectations.
Candidate Requirements
• Management Experience
Minimum 3+ years of experience managing teams of at least 25 employees in related operational or customer-facing industries.
• Leadership Background
Strong hands-on experience in team leadership, people development, conflict resolution, and performance management in dynamic environments.
• Education
Academic qualification in Management or related fields is considered an advantage.
• Industry Experience
Previous experience in iGaming, Live Casino, hospitality, customer operations, retail, aviation, entertainment, or similar high-volume operational environments is a plus.
• Languages
Professional working proficiency in both English and Russian is required.
