AI-First Test Engineer

Location: Minsk, Belarus | Team: Imbue Systems

We’re looking for a QA/Test Engineer to help us redefine how healthcare technology is tested, validated, and trusted.
We don’t measure potential by titles or years on paper. What matters most is your mindset, curiosity, and drive to keep learning.

👩‍💻 You Bring:

• Understanding of testing principles and QA fundamentals
• Experience or curiosity in using AI tools in daily work (ChatGPT, Copilot, AI-assisted workflows, no-code AI testing tools)
• Ability to analyze interfaces and user flows, not only functionality
• Willingness to improve processes, not just follow them
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Clear communication skills and English level B1+

🔧 Bonus (Nice to Have):

• Experience working with AI-assisted testing platforms
• Curiosity to experiment with AI in QA workflows
• Experience with Postman or API testing tools
• Basic knowledge or hands-on experience with AWS services
