We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the TA team and own the operational engine behind our recruitment process. This is not a sourcing role — it's a coordination and ops role. You'll be the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks: offer letters go out on time, ATS data is clean, onboarding is smooth, and the team has the admin firepower to focus on hiring.
What you'll own:
- ATS health — monitoring pipelines in Recruitee, flagging gaps and missing info (not fixing it yourself — but making sure it gets done)
- Offer & onboarding ops — preparing offer letters, coordinating onboarding forms, keeping pre-start requirements on track
- Referral tracking — monitoring submissions, keeping logs current, flagging status changes to the right people
- Job postings — publishing and maintaining open roles across our website
- GDPR compliance — managing candidate data, consent, retention, and deletion requests
- Knowledge base — owning our TA documentation in Slite so SOPs and templates are always current and findable
- Recruiter support — ad hoc help across active projects, reporting, team materials
What we're looking for: - 1–3 years of experience in a TA coordination, HR admin, or operations role
- Experience working with an ATS (Recruitee, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail — you notice when something's missing or off
- Organised and process-minded: you build systems, not workarounds
- Experience working with tools like Slite, Notion, or similar knowledge base platforms
- Fluent English (C1)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first team
Nice-to-have - Familiarity with GDPR and data privacy requirements in a recruitment context
