We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis (up to 6 months). The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and successfully close all open vacancies across the company within the defined timeframe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
- Post job openings on relevant platforms and actively search for candidates
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Conduct interviews and coordinate the selection process
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Result-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Experience working with recruitment systems is a plus
- English language level - B2, C1.
Working Conditions:
- Temporary position for up to 6 months
- Main goal: timely closure of all company vacancies
- Flexible working schedule in the office (to be discussed individually)
