DevOps Engineer

This role is open within Adstat.pro — our Telegram Ads automation platform. The product helps businesses manage, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns more efficiently and continues to grow активно across international markets.

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to help us build and maintain reliable production infrastructure, improve scalability and observability, and automate engineering processes across a growing highload system.

You’ll work hands-on with Kubernetes, CI/CD, monitoring, and production engineering, closely collaborating with backend, QA, and infrastructure teams. This role is a good fit for someone who wants to influence technical decisions and grow inside a mature engineering environment where DevOps is a core part of the product development process.

Your impact:

• Maintain and improve production infrastructure.

• Automate build, testing, and deployment processes.

• Configure and support CI/CD pipelines.

• Participate in server and container infrastructure administration.

• Monitor system health, investigate incidents, and help resolve production issues.

• Collaborate closely with development and QA teams.

• Improve release and operational processes.

• Maintain and update technical documentation.

What you bring

• 2+ years of commercial experience in DevOps / SRE / System Administration.

• Solid understanding of Linux administration.

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes .

• Experience with Prometheus and Grafana.

• Experience configuring CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI.

• Experience working with cloud infrastructure.

• Understanding of networking fundamentals : DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TCP/IP, SSH, reverse proxies.

• Experience with Traefik or similar tools.

• Scripting skills in Bash / Python / Rust.

• Understanding of Infrastructure as Code principles and related tooling.

• Ability to troubleshoot incidents, analyze logs and metrics and propose solutions.

• Ownership mindset and willingness to grow toward production engineering.

• English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Terraform or Terragrunt.

• Experience with ArgoCD.

• Experience with VictoriaMetrics or Victoria Stack.

• Understanding of observability, backup, and disaster recovery practices.

• Experience operating PostgreSQL, Redis, or Kafka.

• Basic understanding of information security principles.

• Experience supporting highload or microservice-based systems.
