Job Identification

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to be a part of our Supply Chain team located in Aktobe.

What We Expect:

• Participate in the launch of a manufacturing plant from scratch
• Perform commissioning and start-up activities for production equipment
• Configure, launch, and optimize automated production lines
• Work with high-voltage equipment (1000V and above)
• Operate and maintain transformer substations
• Work with automation systems (SCADA/PLC), software, and electronic components
• Implement and support continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during construction and plant start-up phases
• Ensure stable operation of production lines and minimize downtime

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an international manufacturing industries (FMCG, tobacco, beverage, packaging, or similar)
• Hands-on experience in electronics, automation systems, and commissioning
• Proven experience in plant construction and start-up projects from scratch
• Strong knowledge of automated systems, production lines, and industrial software
• English — Advanced level
