Key Account Manager, Infertility (IVF)

Job Summary:
Responsible for business development in IVF, managing key healthcare clients through scientific collaboration, strategic outreach, and commercial implementation. Acts as a reliable clinical and business partner for key clients, ensuring the achievement of commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, hospitals, IVF clinics and other stakeholders
  • Increasing product awareness, encouraging prescriptions and adoption through effective scientific approaches and client engagement in the field of IVF
  • Planning and systematic coverage of clients according to approved visit plans and coverage standards
  • Manage key accounts using strategies tailored to the specific account and aligned with business objectives
  • Ensuring the smooth launch of new products, promotional campaigns and special initiatives
  • Coordination with pharmacies, distributors, and wholesalers to ensure product availability and effective market presence
  • Monitor sales results, market trends, and competitor activity; take corrective actions as necessary.
  • Compliance with internal company policies (SOPs), reporting systems, and ethical standards

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Fulfilling sales plans and achieving growth in the territory
  • Effective coverage of key clients and depth of relationships with them
  • Generating a statement and penetrating the IVF market
  • Successful implementation of launches, campaigns and special programs in the field of IVF
  • Quality of customer interaction and scientific expertise
  • Accuracy and timeliness of reporting, planning and control actions
