Intern Engineering and Finance Support

Assisting in the collation, finalization, and settlement support of project completion documents, under the guidance of the Engineering and Finance Departments, to ensure smooth project closing and accounting;

Organizing project completion documents, including but not limited to completion acceptance forms, delivery notes, КС etc;

Completing the final version of engineering documents with the assistance of relevant company personnel;

Supporting with project settlement and other related tasks;

May communicate with suppliers or contractors regarding document collection, under supervision.

Graduated in Engineering Estimation (Cost Engineering) or related major, with some understanding of engineering documents;

Graduated in Finance/Accounting major, with some understanding of project settlement.

Basic understanding of engineering or financial settlement processes

Able to use English as working language
