Legal Counsel

Key responsibilities:

• Support the company’s legal compliance framework, offering daily legal advice, analysis, and reports. Monitoring changes in legislation and regulations that may affect the organization's activities; Draft and review various legal documents, including contracts, NDAs, MOUs, and official letters.
• Assessing risks associated with non-compliance with legislative requirements;
• Developing and implementing internal regulations, procedures and policies that comply with legislative requirements;
• Training the organization's employees on compliance with standards and compliance policies;
• Conducting investigations into violations of regulatory requirements, as well as responding to incidents;
• Interacting with regulators and providing information on compliance with legislation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Law.
• 2–3 years in a law firm or corporate legal department
• Strong understanding of Civil Law, International Business Law, Private International Law, Corporate Law Languages:
• Fluent in English, Russian, and Uzbek (written and spoken)
