Метро: Преображенская площадьWe are seeking a B2B Growth Marketing Manager who will be responsible for demand generation and sales pipeline growth across the CIS and Central Asian markets.
The main goal of this role is to identify new niches and growth opportunities for our cybersecurity products, expand our presence within target segments, and generate an additional flow of high-quality leads for the sales team.
This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who can identify opportunities in emerging or underdeveloped markets and turn hypotheses into measurable pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. New Market & Growth Opportunity Development
• Analyze target markets across CIS and Central Asia
• Identify new industries, segments, and ICPs for our cybersecurity solutions
• Develop and validate hypotheses for entering new niches and markets
2. Pipeline Expansion
• Design and launch growth initiatives (digital campaigns, partnerships, local campaigns, ABM, outreach)
• Collaborate with the demand generation team to adapt campaigns for regional markets
• Launch pilot projects and scale successful growth mechanisms
3. Lead Generation for Sales
• Ensure a stable flow of MQLs and SQLs across assigned regions
• Work closely with local and regional sales teams
4. Analytics & Performance
• Track key metrics such as CPL, MQL, SQL, and pipeline contribution
• Analyze funnel performance and identify growth opportunities
• Manage budgets with a strong ROI focus
Mandatory Requirements:
• 3–6 years of experience in B2B marketing (preferably in IT or cybersecurity)
• Experience working with CIS and/or Central Asian markets
• Proven experience independently launching growth initiatives
• Ability to identify and validate market hypotheses
• Strong understanding of the B2B funnel and marketing-sales alignment
• Analytical mindset and experience working with performance metrics
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
