About the Project
Mеet Dilijan is a Green Rock initiative to promote Dilijan as a travel destination — for tourists, remote workers, and investors. We operate across place branding, storytelling, and performance marketing.
Responsibilities
• Plan and run paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and YouTube to drive traffic, leads, and measurable destination interest
• Manage analytics via GA4 and GTM — set up tracking, events, attribution models, and keep the data clean
• Build reports in Looker Studio that inform decisions
• Work with the content and creative team to align messaging with campaign goals
• Segment audiences — tourists, expats, digital nomads, investors — and tailor campaigns accordingly
• Track destination marketing trends, competitor destinations, and seasonal demand patterns
Requirements
• 2–4 years in digital marketing with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Understands the full funnel from awareness to conversion
• Has set up GA4 events, goals, and attribution models
• Can explain campaign results clearly to non-marketing stakeholders
• English and Russian at a working level
• Genuinely curious about places and what makes a destination compelling.
Nice to Have
• Experience in travel, hospitality, or tourism marketing
• Familiarity with influencer and creator partnerships
• SEO and content strategy background
• CRM or email marketing experience
The Setup
• Based in or willing to relocate to Dilijan, or hybrid with regular on-site presence
• Small cross-functional team
