Responsibilities:

• To lead projects of IT systems implementation and process optimization as a (senior) business analyst, change agent, consultant and project manager
• To investigate and document current state of works: "as is" processes, organizational structure, IT systems, etc.
• To identify business needs, collect, analyze and document business requirements, build functional requirements and provide solutions for systems improvement
• To facilitate communication and decision-making on process and system issues
• To provide presentations to Stakeholders and Subject matter experts on proposed solutions
• To coordinate and support change management process
• To create and document instructions and regulations
• To provide user trainings
• To arrange support process for users on implemented system issues
• To search for best practice business processes and business software, evaluate applicability of solutions for departments, calculate ROI
• To coordinate work with cross-functional business and IT teams

Requirements:

• More than four years as a business analyst / consultant in business / IT projects

• Education: higher technical / economic / business informatics / management

• High communication skills, analytical mind, result oriented, proactive, responsible, ceative, good teamplayer

• Business process concepts (BPM)

• Business process analysis techniques

• Project management basics

• UML, BPMN, data flow diagrams, ER-diagrams

• Experience in process analysis, business requirements gathering, functional requirements development and technical documentation

• Experience in process automation and systems implementation (PLM, ERP or RPA process implementation experience will be regarded as an advantage)

• Experience in conducting trainings for large groups of people

• Good presentation skills

• English level: : Upper-intermediat
