A Legal Assistant to the General Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive legal and administrative support to the General Manager and hotel management; and representing the hotel’s interests in court and other official proceedings.

What will I be doing?

• Review, prepare, and negotiate contracts for hotel services, including lease agreements, supply contracts, outsourcing
• Provide contractual support to the hotel department
• Coordination and approval of outsourcing service contracts
• Preparation of memorandums and occasional government agreements through official government portals
• Interaction with private bailiffs on behalf of the hotel
• Maintain and organize legal records and confidential documents
• Representation of the hotel’s interests in court and other governmental or official proceedings
• Full responsibility for the storage, integrity, and confidentiality of contracts and related documents
• Legal and administrative support to the General Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Jurisprudence, or related field
• Ability to read, write and speak the Kazakh, Russian, English language fluently
• Computer literacy (MS Office) and etc.
• Critical Analyses skills
• Ability to manage simultaneously multiple projects
• Effective time management
• Attentive to details
• Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
• Ability to work in teams and independently
