Senior Finance Process Excellence Analyst

We are seeking a Finance Process Excellence Senior Analyst to spearhead initiatives that optimize financial processes, strengthen controls, and drive digital transformation within Corporate Finance.

This role requires a blend of financial expertise, analytical acumen, and hands-on experience with AI solutions to enhance workflows and automate controls.

Responsibilities:

• Lead business process and financial cycle enhancement projects aligned with strategic goals for scalable and controlled finance operations

• Perform business analysis activities such as discovery phases, process assessments, gap analysis, and defining business requirements

• Manage projects by defining scope, stakeholders, dependencies, risks, execution plans, and success measures, and ensuring implementation sustainability

• Partner on internal development projects to prioritize roadmaps, support Finance stakeholder requirements, and assess impacts on processes and controls

• Assist in designing and implementing AI-based solutions to automate checks and enable AI-assisted analysis

• Support control owners with risk assessments and design internal controls compliant with corporate, SOX, and statutory requirements

• Evaluate proposed process changes for risks and control implications, consulting auditors to finalize recommendations

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

• 3-5 years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in process design, transformation, or continuous improvement

• Understanding of business processes and financial cycles like Record-to-Report and Procure-to-Pay, alongside internal controls and compliance

• Proficiency in AI tools to enhance personal efficiency in tasks such as process analysis, documentation drafting, and workflow optimization

• Experience working in large international organizations managing end-to-end business cycles

• Competency in analyzing data and delivering actionable insights

• Capability to independently manage multiple initiatives and ensure project completion

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging stakeholders at various levels

• Upper-Intermediate English language proficiency (B2)

Nice to have:

• Background in delivering AI-enabled solutions for workflow acceleration or process optimization

• Familiarity with financial systems such as ERP (preferably SAP), reconciliation tools like Blackline, and task management applications

• Qualifications in Accounting (CPA, ACCA, CIMA), project management (PMP), or AI-related certifications
