Capital Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Fundraising:
  • Develop loan structures and prepare legal/capability profiles to work with banks and financial institutions.
  • Negotiate loan terms (interest rates, fees, collateral, tenors, etc.) to optimize the cost of capital.
• Disbursement & Liquidity Management:
  • Execute disbursement procedures and debt acknowledgment contracts according to cash flow plans.
  • Monitor principal and interest payment schedules, ensuring timely payments to maintain credit ratings.
• Covenant Compliance Management:
  • Closely monitor financial ratios and covenants in loan agreements (e.g., Debt-to-Equity ratio, Interest Coverage Ratio, etc.).
  • Prepare periodic compliance reports for banks and provide early warnings of potential covenant breach risks to the Board of Directors.
• Documentation & Reporting:
  • Manage the collateral portfolio and procedures related to asset valuation and insurance.
  • Prepare reports on outstanding debt, credit limits, and monthly/quarterly interest expense forecasts.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a corporation or as a Corporate Relationship Manager (RM) at a bank.
• Skills:
  • Deep understanding of banking credit products and credit approval processes.
  • Advanced knowledge of English
  • Strong financial statement analysis skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and networking skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel (for cash flow modeling and debt management).
