Role Purpose
Responsible for building and developing the brand in the assigned market through integrated marketing strategies, ensuring strong and consistent brand positioning while supporting user growth and revenue objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and execute brand strategy aligned with business objectives and local market dynamics
- Define brand positioning, messaging, and ensure consistency across all channels
- Ensure compliance with global brand guidelines
Integrated Marketing Campaigns
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (online & offline)
- Collaborate with Growth and Marketplace teams to maximize campaign effectiveness (acquisition & demand)
- Monitor, evaluate, and optimize campaign performance
Content & Communication
- Manage brand communications, social media, and PR activities
- Work with KOLs/KOCs, agencies, and media partners
- Handle crisis communication when required
Brand Performance & Insights
- Track brand metrics such as awareness, engagement, and perception
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve brand strategy
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Growth, Sales, Marketplace, and Product teams
- Support market launch initiatives and geographic expansion
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields
- 4+ years of experience in Brand Marketing or Integrated Marketing
- Experience in mobility, e-commerce, platform, or tech companies is preferred
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and integrated communications
- Strategic thinking with a creative and data-driven mindset
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments
