Job Title: Driver Onboarding Specialist – Process Optimization

II. Job Objective
The Driver Onboarding Specialist ensures smooth workflow from driver interview → training → contract signing. This role focuses on streamlining onboarding processes, optimizing workflows, managing risks, and implementing automation to ensure maximum conversion and efficiency.
III. Key Responsibilities
Process Design & Optimization
Map and streamline the onboarding workflow from interview scheduling → training → contract signing.
Identify bottlenecks and design solutions to minimize drop-offs.
Apply automation tools (CRM/ATS, notification, scheduling) to reduce manual work.
Onsite & Risk Management
Coordinate logistics for interviews, training sessions, and contract signing.
Manage onsite activities (venue setup, attendance tracking, trainer coordination).
Anticipate risks (no-show candidates, delays, system issues) and prepare backup solutions.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor key metrics: show-up rate, training completion, contract signing rate.
Analyze drop-off reasons and propose improvements.
Report onboarding performance weekly to Team Lead/Manager.
Collaboration & Training Support
Work closely with recruiters, trainers, and operations to ensure smooth handover.
Train and guide collaborators who execute daily tasks (calling, scheduling, preparation).
Ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards.
IV. Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business/Operations/HR.
2–3 years of experience in recruitment operations, process optimization, or project management.
Strong skills in workflow design, automation tools (Excel, CRM, scheduling software).
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
Can work under pressure with strong ownership mindset.
V. KPIs
Interview → training → contract conversion rate.
Accuracy and timeliness of process execution.
Number of process improvements/automation deployed.
Stakeholder satisfaction (trainers, recruiters, drivers).
