Job Purpose
The Quality Control, Safety & Security Team Leader is responsible for managing regional inspection, quality control, safety, and security activities to ensure operational compliance, risk prevention, and service quality excellence. The role oversees frontline inspection teams and drives enforcement of operational standards across assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Inspection & Compliance Management
- Lead and supervise inspection activities within assigned regions or operational areas.
- Ensure enforcement of company policies, operational procedures, and compliance standards.
- Review inspection findings, identify recurring risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate investigations related to operational violations, fraud risks, or misconduct.
2. Quality Control Management
- Monitor service quality and operational performance indicators.
- Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Ensure timely resolution of quality-related issues and complaints.
- Analyze quality trends and recommend process improvements.
3. Safety & Security Oversight
- Ensure implementation of safety and security frameworks across operations.
- Monitor compliance of drivers and operational teams with safety regulations.
- Lead responses to escalated incidents and coordinate cross-functional resolutions.
- Conduct regional risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.
4. Team Leadership
- Supervise, coach, and develop Inspectors and Specialists.
- Allocate inspection resources and manage team performance.
- Foster a culture of discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate closely with Operations, HR, Legal, and Fraud Control teams.
Key Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Risk Management, Internal Control, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in inspection, quality control, security, compliance, or operations management.
- At least 2 years of team leadership experience.
- Experience in transportation, logistics, ride-hailing, or large operational environments preferred.
