Accountant Vacancy — Night Shift (US Time Zone)

Position: Accountant
Location: Astana (Office-based)
Schedule: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (US time zone support)
Industry: Logistics / Moving & Carrier Services

About the Company

We are a carrier company operating in the moving industry, working closely with brokers across the United States. Our team focuses on smooth financial operations, expense tracking, and maintaining accurate reporting for business performance.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage company expenses and revenue

• Maintain accurate financial records and balance sheets

• Prepare weekly, monthly, and other financial reports

• Monitor cash flow and financial transactions

• Reconcile accounts and identify discrepancies

• Work closely with operations and management teams

• Ensure accuracy in bookkeeping and reporting processes

Requirements

• Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets

• Ability to work night shifts aligned with US business hours

• Responsible, organized, and able to meet deadlines

• English proficiency is an advantage
