Our buyers come from Europe, the UAE, Russia, Australia, and Asia. The content needs to match the product. That's where you come in.

What You'll Actually Do

You're the person who knows how to turn great materials into scroll-stopping content. Our team includes in-house operators and designers — your job is to direct the vision, prepare the posts, and keep the channels alive and performing.

• Brief our operators and designers — communicate the creative vision clearly and make sure the output matches the brand
• Prepare and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook — Reels, stories, property tours, event coverage
• Run the content calendar — plan, schedule, and publish across platforms consistently
• Write captions and copy that feel premium, not generic
• Engage the community — respond to DMs and comments within 24 hours, keep the conversation warm
• Stay ahead of trends and bring fresh content ideas every week

You're a Great Fit If You...

• Have 1+ years of SMM or content management experience — with a portfolio to prove it
• Know how to brief a photographer or videographer and get the result you had in mind
• Know Instagram and TikTok algorithms from the inside
• Speak English at B1 level or above — our audience is global
• Have an eye for luxury aesthetics and high-end visual storytelling
• Are already based in Phuket or ready to relocate on your own
