Digital Marketing Manager

About the Company

VILLACARTE GROUP is a group of companies that began its activities in 2012.
It includes development projects Layan Green Park, La Vista Villas and Layan Verde, real estate agency VillaCarte, proptech project Sabai, and hotel La Green.

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing Lead to oversee and coordinate digital marketing efforts for our property sales and leasing projects.

Key Focus Areas

• Plan, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns on Google, Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn

• Generate and optimize leads for property sales and leasing projects

• Monitor digital marketing budgets and campaign performance (CPL, CPA, ROI)

• Coordinate websites, landing pages, and advertising creatives

• Track results, analyze performance data, and prepare detailed reports

• Collaborate closely with sales teams to support project sales goals

• Manage external agencies and freelancers, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs

We Expect You To Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing

• Hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads)

• Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion funnels, and performance metrics

• Experience in real estate, development, or related industries is a plus

• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, results-oriented working style

Language Requirements

• English proficiency suitable for professional internal communication

• Ability to work in an international, multicultural environment

• Additional languages are a plus
