Junior lawyer/Младший юрист

Мы ищем целеустремленного юриста-стажера с опытом работы от 1 до 3 лет в области корпоративного права, права интеллектуальной собственности и договорного права. Рабочий язык - английский, русский.

Main responsibilities

• providing legal support on various issues (primarily in the area of Corporate and M&A)
• drafting legal documents (resolutions, SHA, SPA, etc.)
• assisting on corporate restructuring and other corporate procedures
• providing support to management in the engagement planning and management process
• negotiations with clients and counterparties
• participation in due diligence projects

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• A completed University degree in law
• 1-3 years of legal consulting experience and/or in-house legal practice with major companies, experience in the corporate law within a Big 4 company or a law firm is a competitive advantage
• good fundamental knowledge of Russian and international law; understanding of basic concepts of English law;
• English – full working proficiency, both verbal and written
• ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
• positive attitude
• strong interpersonal skills
• ability to work in a team, meet challenges
• good client service skills
• work experience in a Family office/ in a legal consulting or as a corporate in-house lawyer is an advantage
