Customer Service and Sales Agent

Things Engraved is a proudly Canadian brand with over 40 years of experience in engraving and customization. We're looking for a motivated individual who can confidently handle client interactions via live chat, phone and email.
Your Role: You'll be the friendly, solution-oriented face of our brand - helping clients choose and customize products. You'll guide customers through the process from idea to finished product, ensuring a smooth, professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide fast, friendly, and knowledgeable support via live chat, phone and email
• Have a strong knowledge of our products and customization techniques we offer (training to be provided)
• Understand client needs and offer design solutions that match their vision
• Help close sales by offering creative ideas and expert design advice
• Available to work on-site at our office in Tbilisi during Eastern Standard Time
• Available to work at least 40 hours / week (10h shifts)

You Are:
• Great with people - patient, upbeat, and persuasive when needed
• A fast learner who can handle multiple chats/emails at once
• Ready to work EST hours (4PM-2AM/6PM-4AM Georgian time)
• Fluent in English
