As part of its launch and expansion plans in Uzbekistan, the company is building a strong local team across multiple departments and is currently hiring several Customer Service Specialists to support its growing customer base.
Role Overview
The Customer Service Specialist will provide timely, accurate and professional support to customers of the betting platform, ensuring a positive customer experience and effective resolution of all inquiries.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, customer-oriented thinking, and previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or call centre environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone in a professional and timely manner
- Understand customer needs through active listening and provide clear, accurate information
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and guide them through solutions
- Maintain a friendly, patient, and solution-oriented approach in all interactions
- Follow up on customer cases to ensure full resolution and satisfaction
- Accurately record customer interactions, issues, and outcomes in internal systems
- Identify recurring customer issues and escalate or suggest process improvements where relevant
- Adhere to internal procedures, service standards, and response time requirements (SLAs)
- Meet established performance indicators (KPIs), including response quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets
- Cooperate with internal teams when necessary to resolve customer concerns
- Support additional operational tasks as assigned by the manager
Requirements
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- 1–2 years of experience in customer support, call center, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles (MANDATORY) - which are NOT typical Sales roles!
- Native-level written and spoken Uzbek (MANDATORY)
- Good command of English, written and spoken (MANDATORY)
- Confidence in using computer systems, customer support tools, and MS Office applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Willingness to work on a shift rotation schedule
- Availability to work full-time from the office located in central Tashkent
