An international company is looking for an eActivation Manager to drive online sales growth and strengthen brand presence across eCommerce channels.The role focuses on building best-in-class product pages, executing eCommerce activations, and enhancing online consumer engagement.
Key responsibilities
Online Retail
- Develop and optimize product pages, landing pages, and brand zones
- Improve UX in line with dermocosmetic category specifics
- Monitor content quality (titles, visuals, descriptions, SEO relevance)
eCommerce Activation
- Plan and manage activation calendar (promos, launches, key periods)
- Select and execute effective tools across eRetailers
- Coordinate with Sales (pricing, promos) and Marketing (traffic driving)
Online Consumer Care
- Drive ratings & reviews performance
- Launch special projects with key online partners
- Manage unauthorized sellers control processes
KPIs
- Share of products with enhanced content
- ROI / ROAS of activations
- eCommerce sales growth and contribution
Requirements
- Strong understanding of online shopper journey and marketplaces
- Experience in eCommerce / digital / beauty
- Knowledge of UX/UI and content optimization (SEO)
- Analytical mindset and project management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally
