We are looking for a Content & Communications Manager who will help build the communications function almost from scratch and become a key person in shaping a consistent brand voice across different markets and channels.
This role is for a specialist who can combine strategy with a hands-on approach: someone who sees the bigger communication picture, creates strong content, sets quality standards, and builds a systematic approach to both internal and external communications.
In this role, you will:
— conduct an audit of current external and internal communications;
— develop the brand’s tone of voice, communication guidelines, and unified communication standards;
— build a structured content approach for different markets, channels, and audiences;
— create and manage content plans for the company’s external communications;
— manage and grow corporate channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, and the website;
— independently write, edit, and adapt content for social media, the website, announcements, invitations, articles, presentations, and other corporate materials;
— work with different content formats, including copy, visuals, short videos, interviews, email communications, presentations, and other formats depending on the task and channel;
— coordinate external contractors and specialists such as translators, videographers, designers, and other vendors when needed;
— ensure a consistent style and high quality across all publications and marketing materials;
— support internal communications together with HR, including communication plans, newsletter content, and other internal formats;
— package input from marketing managers, HR, BDMs, and other teams into clear, consistent, and high-quality content;
— analyze content and social media performance, including engagement, reach, audience growth, and the effectiveness of formats and topics, and improve the content approach based on insights.
What we are looking for:
— experience in content marketing, communications, SMM, or PR;
— the ability to independently write strong copy for different channels and audiences;
— hands-on experience managing and growing corporate social media channels;
— experience working with different content formats and understanding which format best fits a specific communication objective;
— experience working with contractors and external specialists;
— practical experience developing tone of voice, editorial approach, and communication standards;
— the ability to work systematically: gather input, structure information, and deliver high-quality content;
— understanding of external, internal, and partner communications;
— attention to detail, initiative, diplomacy, and the ability to maintain high standards;
— the ability to analyze content and social media performance and suggest improvements based on data;
— Russian and English as working languages.
Nice to have:
— experience in IT and understanding of B2B and B2C communication specifics;
— experience working in an international or multicultural environment;
— experience working with media;
— experience training colleagues on writing and collecting high-quality briefs;
— experience preparing presentations and corporate materials with strong storytelling;
— knowledge of one of the local languages: Kazakh, Azerbaijani, Uzbek, Georgian, or Armenian.
