Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, configure, and maintain JIRA and Confluence environments;

• Develop custom workflows, fields, screens, and dashboards;

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues;

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement effective solutions;

• Ensure data integrity, access control, and system security;

• Manage end-to-end Atlassian licenses and add-ons (e.g., Insight, BigPicture);

• Support agile teams in project tracking, reporting, and process improvements.

Required Skills:

• 3–4+ years of professional experience as a senior JIRA/Confluence administrator;

• Deep experience in Atlassian administration (JIRA & Confluence);

• Familiarity with REST APIs and integration with third-party tools;

• Solid understanding of agile methodologies and project tracking;

• English B2;

• Ability to troubleshoot performance issues and optimize workflows.

Nice-to-Have:

• This role goes beyond standard administration: it requires scripting (e.g., Groovy, ScriptRunner), advanced reporting using Structures, workflow automation, and improving usability across multiple teams;

• Experience with Structures, Automation for Jira, and other Atlassian add-ons;

• Knowledge of JavaScript or other scripting languages;

• Hands-on experience with modern AI tools and frameworks, and a solid understanding of their practical implementation in real-world projects;

• Experience with Jira Cloud migrations or large-scale instance migration projects.
