Middle System Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to drive requirement gathering and ensure seamless collaboration between business and technical teams. You will translate business needs into clear specifications, improve processes, and support end-to-end delivery — from discovery to release — helping build scalable and high-quality product solutions.

Requirements:

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements for product and operational initiatives.
• Translate business needs into clear specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, product, engineering, QA, and external vendors to ensure shared understanding of requirements and priorities.
• Analyze existing business processes and system workflows, identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks, and propose scalable improvements.
• Support solution design by defining data flows, business rules, integrations, and system interactions across internal and third-party platforms.
• Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and delivery discussions to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities.
• Validate delivered functionality against requirements, support UAT, and ensure business expectations are met before release.
• Maintain high-quality documentation, including BRDs, process maps, use cases, decision logs, and change requests.
• Assess the impact of product and system changes on operations, reporting, compliance, and customer experience.
• Collaborate with teams to improve requirement quality, reduce delivery risks, and strengthen release readiness.

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Business Systems Analyst in a product or technology-driven environment.
• Strong experience in gathering, structuring, and documenting business, functional, and system requirements.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear user stories, workflows, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Solid understanding of system integrations, APIs, data flows, and business rules.
• Experience working closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, and external partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to identify risks, dependencies, and gaps.
• Experience in process modeling, workflow analysis, and documentation of as-is / to-be processes.
• Practical experience with Jira, Confluence, and other documentation and collaboration tools.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment and maintain clarity in changing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
