Job Responsibilities:
1. Customer Insight: Understand the development trends of the photovoltaic and energy storage businesses in Kazakhstan, gain insights into the strategic planning of the customers under responsibility, effectively formulate business strategies for the customer segment, and implement them to expand the market space.
2. Customer relationship development and management: Plan and continuously improve the customer relationships with the customers , manage customer expectations and enhance customer satisfaction, establish a mutually trusting and win-win cooperative relationship, and guide senior customers to understand the value proposition of Huawei products and services in large-scale projects, thereby supporting the achievement of short-term and medium-to-long-term goals.
3. Project operation: Be responsible for the overall project operation of the customer segment in charge in Kazakhstan, collaborate with the region to manage competition and project risks, and achieve project objectives.
4. Solution development: Have a deep understanding of the customer's business and needs in the new energy field, be responsible for correctly conveying the value proposition of Huawei Smart PV solutions, and influence and change customer decision-making.
5. Transaction quality and operations: Participate in or lead commercial negotiations, participate in the design of business models and transaction terms, build end-to-end contract transaction quality, resolve project risks, improve the project's sustainable profitability, and ensure the compliance of business operations.

Experience Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with a background in power electronics.
2. In-depth understanding of Kazakhstan's power infrastructure architecture, grid codes etc. and have deep knowledge of the energy industry, including electricity, oil & gas and mining sectors.
3. At least 8 years of work experience in the renewable energy sector.
Competency Requirements:
1. Possess the ability to develop customers and maintain customer relationships;
2. Have clear thinking, good communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with surrounding departments;
3. Have the capability of market planning and the insight to identify opportunities.
