Finance Business Partner

LeverX is seeking an additional team member to strengthen the team.

Please note that we are only considering candidates who are currently based in Minsk.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare regular financial reports for projects, departments, and initiatives based on predefined calculation rules and financial policies.

• Maintain standardized reporting templates and ensure consistent application of financial logic.

• Produce monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc financial reports for management.

• Ensure accuracy and consistency of calculations across reports.

• Identify discrepancies or data issues and coordinate corrections with relevant teams.

• Support business units with financial insights related to their activities.

• Provide financial data to project managers and department heads to support operational decisions.

• Continuously improve reporting workflows and data quality.

• Work with BI teams to help automate recurring reports. Reduce manual work through better use of reporting tools and systems.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in finance, financial analysis, controlling, or business partner roles.

• Experience in preparing financial reports and analyzing operational performance.

• Strong Excel skills and experience working with financial models.

• Familiarity with ERP or financial systems.

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work with large datasets and complex calculations.

• Good communication skills to explain financial results to non-finance stakeholders.

• Structured and process-oriented approach to work.

• English – at least B1 level;

Nice to have:

• Experience with BI or reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience of working in an IT or consulting company.
