Full-cycle accounting, covering all areas of bookkeeping
Preparation and submission of tax reports: VAT returns, Corporate Income Tax (including advance payments), settlements with residents and non-residents, Form 328 (imports within the Customs Union), environmental reporting (if applicable)
Interaction with banks and regulatory authorities, including reporting to the National Bank of Kazakhstan (NBK), where required
Monthly corporate reporting in line with HQ deadlines (by the 3rd working day after month-end), including P&L and Balance Sheet
Control and verification of primary documentation (customs declarations, transport and brokerage documents, supplier invoices, employee expense reports, etc.)
Monitoring timely payments to suppliers and accurate recording of trading operations
Oversight of outsourced payroll and HR administration, ensuring timely reflection of HR updates in corporate systems
Supervision of an accountant responsible for primary documentation
Advising management and cross-functional teams on accounting and tax matters
Participation in process improvements and optimization of accounting procedures
Timely execution of management requests within the scope of responsibility
Requirements:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Experience working in an international company
Strong knowledge of all areas of accounting
Experience with corporate reporting is an advantage
Good knowledge of IFRS
Proficiency in 1C: Enterprise
Advanced Excel skills
English level: Intermediate or higher (for business communication and reporting)
