Senior UX/UI designer

We are currently looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer — an expert who embraces complex challenges, sees beauty in intricate interfaces, and wants to create designs that inspire and deliver real value. What You’ll Do

• Analyze and innovate: Study user behavior, generate hypotheses, and propose solutions to enhance the user experience.
• Craft convenience in every detail: Design interfaces and user journeys that solve client problems seamlessly and elegantly.
• Dive into the user experience: Conduct interviews, usability tests, gather feedback, and transform it into improvements that elevate the product.
• Develop logical solutions: Create information architectures and well-thought-out prototypes with animations in Figma.
• Enhance standards: Contribute to building and maintaining the design system, manage the master file, and share your expertise with the team.
• Stay ahead: Offer alternative approaches to reduce Time to Market without compromising quality.
• Present and inspire: Defend your ideas and engage colleagues in implementing designs that truly work.

What We Expect from You

• At least 3 years of experience in designing complex products (web and mobile) — you know how to start from scratch and create a masterpiece.
• Expertise in Figma: mastery of auto-layouts, variables, and variants — these are your go-to tools.
• The ability to prototype solutions, test them, and gather data for improvements.
• A keen eye for style and a solid understanding of infographics that make complexity comprehensible.
• Willingness to collaborate with developers, understand platform limitations, and find creative solutions.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries is a strong plus.
• The ability to present your designs, inspire your colleagues, and confidently address questions.
• Strong vibecoding skills: ability to intuitively work with AI tools, rapidly generate and iterate design concepts, and translate ideas into fast, creative, production-ready solutions
