Junior Business Analyst / AI Business Analyst

FIN.by is IT outsourcing company that provides unique solutions in data analytics using Power BI and DWH, web-application development using Java, .NET, Python, JS, Salesforce, develops AI-Powered bots on the WorkFusion, Temporal and N8N platforms to perform various operations, e.g.: processing large data sets, interactions between digital systems etc. The company is an HTP resident with head office in Minsk.

After the successful completion of internship your specific responsibilities will include:

• Gathering business requirements for RPA, BI and AI automation projects from a variety of sources and stakeholders in English and Russian
• Creating, reviewing, and validating various types of documentation, including: functional requirements, VSD, User Stories etc.
• Proactive communication with team members and Clients

What we expect:
Must have

• Strong Financial/Economic/Accounting background
• Finished courses on Business Analysis
• English: B1+ (“Intermediate”) or higher + the ability to communicate exclusively in English
• Analytical thinking and ability to handle large data sets
• Proficient soft-skills, self-organization, responsibility
• Prepared for potential irregular working hours (incl. paid overtimes)

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of RPA, API, AI, N8N, Make software development principles & project management frameworks
• Up to 6 months of professional working experience
• Experience in working with Atlassian Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, MS Teams
