Normeca International AS is seeking an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to join our office in Bishkek as soon as possible and play a key role in the final phase of our project in Kyrgyzstan.
This is a temporary position running until the end of November 2026, with possible continuation into mid-December depending on the project close-out period.
We are looking for someone who is confident, structured, and able to take full ownership of HR operations from day one. This is not a passive role. You will be responsible for ensuring stability, consistency, and professional HR follow-up in a busy international working environment.
This position is well suited for an HR professional who enjoys responsibility, works independently, and is comfortable handling both daily HR tasks and more complex staff matters.

About the project:
This mobile clinic project is being implemented in Kyrgyzstan under the King Abdullah Program for Charity Works in cooperation with the Islamic Development Bank, with the aim of improving access to healthcare for people living in remote and underserved areas.
In many rural communities, access to even basic and specialist medical services remains limited. Through this project, the mobile clinic brings free medical care, diagnostics, and consultations directly to the people who need them most.
For many patients, this is more than a medical service. It is an important opportunity to receive qualified care closer to home, often where access would otherwise be difficult. The work therefore has both practical value and clear human impact.
