Recruiter

LeverX is looking for an enthusiastic Recruiter to join our team. This is a fantastic chance to gain experience with a global IT partner!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting our team in the full cycle recruitment;

• Searching for candidate resumes using various platforms (LinkedIn, HH, X-Ray search, etc.);
• Working with cold prospecting and warm candidate responses worldwide;
• Conducting initial resume screenings;
• Organizing meetings and interviews with candidates;
• Maintaining the candidate database and updating information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS);
• Assisting in preparing job descriptions for posting on job boards and social media;
• Maintaining communication with candidates at different stages of the hiring process;
• Handling documentation (preparing job offers, requesting documents);
• Opportunity to try your skills as HR and deal with employees' adaptation, development, training, and assessment.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of experience in a similar position;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Experience in sourcing within international markets;
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Proactive approach and ability to quickly adapt to changes;
• Сompletion of any HR/Recruiting courses is a plus;
• English at Intermediate level or higher.
