Import Coordinator (base Almaty)

Company Information:

We are a leading manufacturer of medical equipment for blood purification equipment (Hemodialysis machine, fistul needle, Bloodline,dialyzer, medical consumables), headquartered in Guangzhou, China.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for import operation;
2. Responsible for making and sorting out import files and documents;
3. Responsible for arranging space booking, communicating and coordinating import details with freight forwarders, towing shops and warehouses to ensure the smooth implementation of import plan;
4.Responsible for customs clearance;
5.Cargo delivery arrangement and management;
6.Back up the job responsibility of sales support;
7.Complete other work assigned by the superior.

Requirement:

Have 1-3 years of import experience, and be capable of independently handling logistics affairs as well as providing logistics support for sales activities.

Fluent in English, capable of conducting business communication in English.

Good at communication, with a proper work attitude and a strong sense of responsibility towards work.
