Job Title: Nursery Teacher (Native English Speaker)

Обязанности:

Проведение занятий по английскому языку согласно нашей уникальной программе;

Игра с детьми и обучение их английскому языку;

• Проведение занятий для детей ;

Требования:

• Академическое американское или британское произношение;

Опыт преподавания детям, работы с группами (не менее 2 лет опыта работы);

• Предпочтительно наличие педагогического / психологического / лингвистического образования;
• Вежливое отношение к детям и коллегам;
• Умение заинтересовать детей в процессе обучения, позитив и проактивность.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Nursery Teacher who is a native English speaker.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of early childhood education principles and a genuine love for working with young children. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a stimulating and safe learning environment that encourages children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

There are three groups of children (up to 10 in each): aged from 2-3, 3-4 and 5-6 years.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities that support the developmental needs of children according to assigned group.

- Foster a warm, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes each child’s self-esteem and individual development.

- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff, ensuring clear and positive communication in English.

- Observe and assess children's progress, providing regular feedback to parents and caregivers.

- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement the nursery’s curriculum.

- Maintain safe classroom environment.

- Attend and contribute to staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

- Ensure compliance with all nursery policies, procedures, and regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Native English speaker with excellent communication skills.

- Degree or recognized 3-4y experience in Early Childhood Education

- Previous experience working with young children in a nursery.

- A strong understanding of child development and early years curriculum frameworks.

- Patience, creativity, and a nurturing attitude towards children.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
