SEO Specialist (US market)

Crystalia Glass LLC is a leading provider of high-quality glass solutions, transforming residential and commercial spaces with elegance and precision. Founded in 2017 in New York, the company has expanded its presence with offices in Los Angeles, Florida, and Texas, serving clients across the United States.

We’re hiring an experienced SEO Specialist to lead both on-site and off-site optimization efforts for our US-based website. You’ll work closely with the content, web, and dev teams to improve rankings, boost organic traffic, and scale our visibility in a competitive market.

This is a full-cycle role: you’ll manage technical audits, define content strategy, build backlinks, and set clear KPIs.

Zones of responsibility:

• Conduct comprehensive site audits and implement technical SEO fixes
• Build and manage a high-quality backlink strategy
• Develop SEO briefs for new blog posts and service pages
• Optimize existing content and meta-data
• Track performance and report regularly
• Collaborate with developers and writers on implementation

Your expertise:

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience
• Deep understanding of Google (U.S. market) and Bing ranking algorithms
• Strong English proficiency (B2-C1 level or higher), especially written
• Russian proficiency (B2-C1 level or higher)
• Experience working with English-language content, platforms, and backlink resources
• Proven experience with backlink outreach and link-building via reputable platforms
• Proficiency in tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console
• Solid knowledge of internal linking strategies and site architecture
• Demonstrated ability to drive organic growth in competitive niches
• U.S. market experience is a strong advantage
