Purpose:
To assist Director of Sales & Marketing in the running of short and long-term marketing communications and promotions including delivering a strong professional social media presence according to brand standards. The Social media and Marketing executive is also responsible for implementing marketing and brand strategies for the business unit, both online and offline to drive measurable growth. Actively monitor, guide and support brand standards implementation, alignment and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Develops expertise on all Social Media related tools, channels and outlets to ensure CHSP adapts to market trends.
- Constantly reviews Social media output across groups’ hotels and competitors incorporating best practice on a proactive manner.
- Ensure that brand standards with regards to marketing material across all channels adhere to the CHI guidelines by enforcing the sign off process and coordinating regular audits.
- Work alongside partners to develop and approve brand material for local and international markets.
- Implementing sales, marketing and advertising materials, presentations and collateral required.
- Content production and management for distribution across all marketing channels including own brand websites, social media, marketing collateral, PR and internal communications.
- Support the Director of Sales & Marketing in implementing comprehensive strategies and the PR related tasks.
- Coordinate activity required activities for journalists, bloggers, social media influencers and other social media or PR contacts during their visits and production of promotional pieces on the hotel.
- Searches for inventive ways to incorporate Social Media promotions to the different services and outlets of the hotel.
- Develops plan of paid social media activity in order to achieve reach and engagement targets
- Takes responsibility for planning and implementing all branding related changes required to the hotel in a timely manner.
- Ensures all department internal marketing needs are serviced effectively and professionally
Requirements:
- 2 years experience in Marketing & PR (Required)
- Direct experience working with Social Media at business level
- Fluent English and strong Russian written/spoken skills.
- Good time management & prioritisation skills - able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Ability to deal effectively with suppliers and achieve quality targets within agreed timelines
- Creative editing software experience PowerPoint, Publisher, Photoshop, Illustrator
