Hello, Brazy is looking for a UGC Content Creator (On-Camera Creator) for our product in the eSports industry.

Reason for opening: Creation of a new sub-department specialising in vertical videos within SMM.

Location: all over the world.

Team: Lead SMM, 3 Community Managers, 3 Designers, 1 Video Maker, 1 Account Manager, 1 Copywriter, 1 SMM, 1 Community Content Manager, 1 Streamer.

Who will the candidate directly interact with: SMM Lead.

About the Role:
The UGC Content Creator will be responsible for creating engaging short-form vertical videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms. This person will become the face of the project and produce content in a native, relatable, and platform-friendly style.
The main goal of this role is to create high-volume video content with strong audience engagement, clear on-camera delivery, and viral potential. The creator should understand short-form trends, social media culture, and platform-specific content formats, while being confident on camera and able to communicate naturally in both Russian and English.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in a similar role.

  • Good knowledge of Standoff 2 and PUBG MOBILE.

  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts formats.

  • Understanding of the gaming audience, in-game terminology, and content styles relevant to mobile shooters.

  • Ability to identify trends, references, and viral content formats within the Standoff 2 and PUBG MOBILE communities.

  • Experience creating native short-form content with strong hooks and audience retention.

  • Confident on-camera presence and natural delivery.

  • Ability to speak clearly and engagingly on camera.

  • Understanding of short-form trends, platform behavior, and audience expectations.

  • Ability to independently shoot and record vertical videos.

  • Ability to create relatable, dynamic, and engaging UGC-style content.

  • Fluent Russian and Upper-Intermediate English (spoken).

Will be an advantage:

  • Experience as a blogger, streamer, UGC creator, or influencer.

  • Experience in gaming, entertainment, or youth-focused brands.

  • Ability to write scripts or improvise naturally on camera.

  • Strong understanding of Gen Z social media language and meme culture.

  • Basic editing skills for mobile-first content.

  • Experience creating bilingual content.

  • Attractive on-camera presentation and strong personal charisma.

  • Understanding of performance metrics and what makes short-form content go viral.

List of technologies:

  • TikTok.

  • Instagram Reels.

  • YouTube Shorts.

  • CapCut Smartphone camera and basic filming equipment.

  • Google Drive.

Responsibilities:

  • Create short-form vertical videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.

  • Be the on-camera face of the project.

  • Independently record engaging UGC-style content in Russian and English.

  • Participate in content ideation and suggest relevant video concepts based on current trends.

  • Adapt content style to platform-specific trends and audience behavior.

  • Work closely with the editing/content team to produce videos with strong engagement potential.

  • Deliver content regularly and help the team achieve monthly video production goals.

  • Follow social media trends and apply them in a fast, native, and organic way.
