HR Intern

As an HR Intern you’ll assist with recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, participate in all HR processes and employer branding activities. This role offers hands-on learning in a dynamic, consumer-driven environment and opportunities to develop core HR skills.

Requirements

-4th year student | fresh graduate who wants to understand the recruitment processes

-experience in MS Outlook (scheduling meetings)

-experience in MS Excel (basic formulas, pivot)

- business English

- experience in Canva

- Business Communication

- English upper-intermediate

- creative mindset and structured thinking

Responsibilities

HR Sourcing :

screen applications based on the criteria, schedule interviews, guide candidates through the hiring process, interact with hiring manager

Employer Branding :

collecting post-event content, organizing the event, coordinating with the global team on content submission on LinkedIn.
