✨ About the Role
As a Senior Content Creator, you will own the full lifecycle of short-form video production — from idea generation to publishing and performance analysis.

You will create engaging, trend-driven content for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels, experiment with formats, and continuously optimize content based on performance metrics and platform dynamics.

This role combines creativity, speed, strong production skills, and a data-driven mindset.

📝 Responsibilities

Content Creation & Production

• Create short-form video content (Reels / TikTok) with strong viral potential
• Own the full production cycle: idea → shooting → editing → publishing
• Ensure high-quality visuals, storytelling, and audience engagement
• Work independently and deliver content in a timely and consistent manner

Trend Monitoring & Adaptation

• Monitor social media trends and rapidly adapt them into content
• Identify viral patterns, formats, and hooks
• Test new content approaches and iterate quickly

Content Strategy & Experimentation

• Generate content ideas and plan production pipeline
• Test hypotheses and formats to improve performance
• Optimize content based on engagement, reach, and retention
• Contribute to building a scalable content strategy

Analytics & Performance Optimization

• Analyze key metrics (retention, engagement, reach)
• Understand platform algorithms and content distribution logic
• Continuously improve content based on data insights

🎥 Requirements

• Strong video shooting skills (composition, lighting, framing)
• Confident video editing skills (CapCut / Adobe Premiere / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve or аналогичные инструменты)
• Basic to intermediate motion design (animations, titles, effects)
• Experience working with stock footage, effects, and visual libraries
• Strong sense of rhythm, pacing, and storytelling

📊 Additional Competencies

• Understanding of social media algorithms (TikTok, Instagram)
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize content
• Experience using AI tools for content creation and optimization (Kling, Suno, ElevenLabs, Higgsfield, Weavy.ai, etc.)
• Proactive, fast execution, and ability to work independently
