We are currently hiring Online Casino Blackjack Dealers (Russian & English) for a modern international studio in Belgrade, Serbia.

Job Description

• Present and host live Blackjack games on camera
• Interact with players in Russian and English
• Maintain professional presentation and game standards
• Create an engaging and entertaining player experience
• Follow procedures and ensure accuracy during live sessions

Requirements

• Native level Russian
• Working level English
• High School Diploma
• Valid passport (required for relocation)
• Comfortable working on camera
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift rotation (40 hours per week)
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude
• Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
