Senior Playable Ads Developer (2D, 3D)

What you'll do:

• Build and launch interactive playable ads from scratch
• Fine-tune ads to meet strict platform requirements and technical constraints
• Ensure high standards for build size, load time, FPS, and stability across WebView and SDK environments
• Experiment with new gameplay mechanics and explore generative AI pipelines to streamline production

What you need to succeed:

• Playable ads examples (must be included)
• 2+ years of professional experience in playable ads development
• Proven track record of building high-performing 2D/3D playable ads
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with PixiJS and/or Three.js
• Solid expertise in optimizing assets (textures, 3D models, animations) for mobile environments
• Deep understanding of mobile browser limitations, performance profiling, and memory management
• Ability to deliver fast-loading ads with low memory footprint and high FPS
• Experience integrating with major ad networks (Meta, Google, Unity Ads, TikTok, Moloco, etc.)
